Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

PT Mega Nusa Teknologi supplies professional services delivered remotely or, where agreed, on site in Indonesia. Where a digital product is offered, it is delivered electronically.

No physical goods are sold or shipped through this Website. There are no shipping charges, no couriers, and no tracking numbers.

2. Digital products

Where we supply a digital product, it is delivered by email to the address given when ordering, in the form of a download link or repository access, once payment is confirmed.

Delivery normally completes within a few minutes. Allow up to 24 hours where a payment requires manual verification.

Download links remain valid for 30 days and may be used on multiple devices within your organisation. If a link expires or fails, contact us and we will reissue it at no charge.

3. Services

Service engagements start on a kickoff date agreed with you in writing after your order is confirmed. Indicative timelines are stated on each product page and run from that kickoff date, not from the payment date.

Deliverables are handed over electronically — a written report, source code, repository access, or documentation, depending on the engagement.

Where a service includes on-site work in Indonesia, travel arrangements and any associated cost are agreed in writing beforehand.

4. If delivery fails

If you have not received a digital product within 24 hours of payment, first check your spam folder, then contact us at admin [at] meganusatek.id . We will resend it or provide an alternative access method the same business day.

If we cannot deliver at all, we refund in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delays

Where a service timeline slips for a reason within our control, we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date. Where it slips because we are waiting on information or access from you, the timeline shifts accordingly.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, Asia/Jakarta. Timelines expressed in business days exclude weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
